Andres Villamizar

MANAGING PARTNER

Andres Villamizar is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance across the Americas, Europe and Asia.  Over the years, Andres has built deep expertise across industrial and financial services companies, while engaging in all aspects of corporate finance including business strategy, Treasury/Capital Markets, Investor relations, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Controllership.  Andres understands the challenges facing today’s CFOs firsthand.  Most recently Andres served as the SVP of Finance for General Atlantic, a global private equity firm with over $80 billion in AUM.  Prior to that Andres spent 19 years with GE in multiple leadership roles including serving as the firm’s Deputy Treasurer.

Andres holds a BS degree from Cornell University.

Xiaowei Luan

MANAGING PARTNER

Xiaowei Luan is a finance executive with over 20 years of experience in capital markets.  She was the head of Capital Markets for GE’s working capital solutions business and led GE’s securitization practice, where she built and managed multi billion global capital markets platforms for various GE business units.  Over the years, Xiaowei has developed deep domain expertise in structured finance, securitization, and working capital finance and built strong relationships with global capital markets participants and investors. In addition to her Capital Markets expertise, Xiaowei also has strong operational experience in treasury management and business transformation.

Xiaowei holds an MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business, a MS degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS degree from Fudan University
